Refunds:

All orders are refundable up to 95% of the final price if cancellation is made 24 hours before the start of the reservation.
Beyond this period, the entire price of the order will be retained.
The order is considered officially registered as soon as payment is approved.

Modification of the Reservation:

You have the possibility to modify the parameters of your reservation up to 48 hours before the start of the reservation, excluding the day of the reservation.
Changes may include adjustments such as changing pickup time, meeting location, or other logistical details.

Meet & Greet Service / VIP Welcome:

The Meet & Greet service (VIP welcome) is included for up to 4 pieces of luggage.
If you have more than 4 bags, the Meet & Greet service can be multiplied by unit of 4 bags.
